Novyx will offer a customer-hosted license only after at least five paid implementations complete and three customers ask to operate the repeated control without Novyx running every step. The existing open-source code is useful delivery infrastructure; it is not a reason to invent enterprise pricing before customers validate the operating product.
Boundaries
No offer includes Novyx-held standing production credentials, customer approval authority, production recovery ownership, compliance certification, arbitrary connectors, unlimited advisory work, 24/7 incident response, or a universal claim that machine-generated changes are safe.
It produces a decision-ready action map, failure tests, evidence map, control plan, and executive readout for one real workflow. It is not a sales demo or generic AI workshop.
No. The review prefers sanitized, minimum-necessary configuration and can run read-only. Production credentials and implementation are outside the review.
