  • Memories: Stored until you delete them or close your account
  • API Logs: Retained for 30 days
  • Audit Trails: Retained according to your plan tier (7 days Free, 14 days Starter, 30 days Pro, 90 days Enterprise)
  • Account Information: Retained while your account is active

We do not sell your personal information or stored memories to third parties. We may share data only in these circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate Novyx (hosting, analytics)

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All memories are cryptographically hashed using SHA-256. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
