No website click-through creates a paid engagement
Booking a call, viewing a demo, reading this site, or using open-source code does not create an Agent Production Risk Review, Agent-to-Production Sprint, Production Assurance subscription, SLA, warranty, certification, or production- support obligation.
Paid services
Every paid engagement requires a separately executed agreement identifying the parties, exact workflow and deliverables, fees, payment, customer responsibilities, data handling, confidentiality, security, warranty, liability, support, termination, and governing law. That executed agreement controls if it conflicts with this website.
Open-source software
Novyx-authored source identified as MIT-licensed is governed by the MIT License shipped with that source. Website service pricing does not narrow or revoke rights already granted under an open-source license. Third-party dependencies and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
No production authority
Novyx does not become the customer's change approver, system owner, backup owner, incident commander, or production-recovery authority unless an executed agreement expressly says so. The customer remains responsible for its changes, credentials, systems, approvals, backups, and recovery decisions.
